Trunk Or Treat

Toll Gate High School English teachers had a circus themed Trunk or Treat!

On Sunday October 30 Toll Gate’s senior class hosted a trunk or treat for the Warwick community in order to raise money for the class. This was the first Trunk Or Treat event held at Toll Gate, and it drew an impressive turnout.  The event was organized by the senior class advisor: Mrs. LB, and the president and vice president of the senior class: Lily Ashman and Julia Krause. There were thirty total cars that participated in the event and about 60-75 seniors who volunteered their time to make this event a success. This was a free event to attend, but donations for the senior class were accepted, donations ended up totaling an impressive 750 dollars!  The event was not only a logistical and financial success, but several seniors said that they had a great time, and the smiles on the faces of some of the families that stopped by were very telling. It seems that Toll Gate’s first ever trunk or treat was an excellent event for the community.
